Retail Account Manager

As a position retail account manager is a Sales oriented position. Retails Account Manager shall be responsible for developing sales/business for retail accounts; (supermarkets, hypermarkets etc) and maintaining long term relationships and contracts; Promoting & demonstrating products and services ; delivering practical and classroom trainings ; handling queries from customers; providing feedback to the management on retail operations (Business Reviews); coordinating with SC and marketing to introduce innovations, managing forecast; Should be willing to travel and ready to locate/relocate in any part of Saudi Arabia based on business needs.Should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An MBA is advantageous. Several years of experience in retail account sales manager is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
