We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. The Project Supervisor will oversee and manage interior design and fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, interior design, and fitout construction, with excellent leadership and communication skills.Duties & Responsibilities:• Manage and supervise interior design and fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure project success.• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cost savings to enhance project efficiency and profitability.Job Requirements:• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in the interior design and fitout industry.• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, fitout construction techniques, and building materials.• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit).• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and make decisions under pressure.• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Saudi Arabia is preferred.• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.Local Transferable Iqama holder can apply only.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
