The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design, building, and fit-out projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with expertise in interior design, construction, and fit-out processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage interior design, building, and fit-out projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to guide project execution and monitor progress.• Lead project kick-off meetings, stakeholder meetings, and progress reviews to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and timelines.• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality checks to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment.• Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to clients, management, and stakeholders as required.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.• Having more than 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the interior design Building and fitout industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, building construction techniques, and fit-out processes.• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit).• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and make decisions under pressure.• Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permitting processes in Saudi Arabia is preferred.• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
