Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The Associate Clinical Application, Blood Gas & Immunoassay for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience using Radiometer analyzers, and that they are able to use the analyzers effectively to improve patient care. Providing vital training and education to customers in the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical operation of Radiometer analyzers.This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and will be working hybrid work set-up. If you thrive in a multifunctional & supporting role and want to work to build a world-class Sales & Commercial organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop & deliver sophisticated training covering products, technical, application, troubleshooting and pre-analytical to customers & internal teams in the assigned region.Support current & potential customers with technical validation, comparison studies, conduct product evaluation & accreditation process including CAP, JCI, CBAHI. etc.Deliver continued education to Radiometer customers and effectively respond to customer needs concerning clinical questions or problems.Establish a routine and continual follow up for current and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction with Radiometer products.Collaborate on installations and demonstrations as needed to support Sales and Information Technology Solutions (ITS) team.Work closely with Sales & Service team to provide technical expertise and increase customer satisfaction.Support customer-facing events and trade shows as required.Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer feedback & their own experience.Keep up to date with latest developments in the clinical diagnostics & blood gas testing communities, including market trends.The essential requirements of the job include:University graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology, Health Science, Biochemistry, Respiratory Therapy, or equivalent qualification.Experience developing educational tools, presentation skills & conducting trainings.At least 5 years of relevant experience in Respiratory, Laboratory or POC devices/Diagnostic equipment in hospitals/clinical laboratories, hospital data management with strong track record of success.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work in a multidisciplinary team.Knowledge and experience with middleware preferred.Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) & CRM.Hybrid Work Set-up:At Radiometer we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
