Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to):· Develop Health, Safety, Environment strategy for the Company and ensure effective implementation.· Builds relationships with customers and key stake holders to ensure effective management of HSE.· Evaluate the effectiveness of HSE processes and procedures.· Manage the HSE resources and processes and ensure compliance of HSE practice with corporate, contractual and regulatory requirements.· Analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.· Act as the HSE Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Incident Investigation process· Take full responsibility for key HSE decisions, operationally and strategically.
