Roles & Responsibilities:Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Study and understand customer or company needs, identify business goals, and problems.Develop documents that describe current and future processes and improve them for maximum efficiency "BRD".Ability to build BRD and SRS.Gather and analyze data and use data analysis tools to understand trends and propose solutions.Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making in the business domain.Communicate with teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation of recommendations and goal achievement.Develop and implement tests to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Identify and document system requirements in collaboration with clients and relevant teams.Conduct tests to ensure that the system functions correctly and complies with requirements.Performing requirements analysis.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Performing user acceptance testing.Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Communicate with clients and make sure their requests are clear.Assure to have best client experience with provided support.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, IT, MIS or related field.Skiles:Familiarity with project management and Business Analysis, System Analysis of requirements related to projects and products.Familiarity & Ability to build BRD and SRS.Excellent communication skills.Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
