You’ll focus on reporting and audit of financial statements, regulatory compliance, tax schedules and reporting and risk management.During your tenure as a Senior Associate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:Lead overall audit activities with both internal / external auditors across all regionsManage local tax reporting, including VAT, WHT, CIT, payroll taxes, and regulatory compliance within set deadlinesSupports asset protection by monitoring internal controlsMonitor and confirms financial condition by conducting internal finance team health checksChallenging procedures and processes as appropriate to ensure appropriate financial discipline and control.Engages with Finance Team Leads to roll out and implement policies, procedures etc.Supports with health checks on the business as requested by the Finance Director / CFOConducts studies on internal risk levels and provides analysis to Team LeadManage requirement for local content and ICV in applicable jurisdictions.Supports all period end closing activities and reporting as appropriateQualifications & Requirements:Based in KSA, RiyadhPreferably Saudi nationalBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldBilingual speaker English & Arabic is must.Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferredAt least 5 Years in Audit or compliance roleStrong financial, analytical and accounting skillsExcellent level of accuracy to a high level of detailExcellent Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Dynamics 365In depth knowledge of financial operations and processes, including accounting, reporting and financial control activitiesUnderstanding of general/international accounting standards and practicesAbility to influence senior management and to maintain a strong working relationship with managers across the organization.Good organization and office management skills to ensure coverage of workloadOrganization, thoroughness, eye for detail, time management skills and proactivityRisk Management, Communication, Leadership and relationship management
