Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with expertise in fit out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering fit out projects with a focus on quality, budget, and timeline adherence. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and oversee fit out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to the highest standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project objectives, expectations, and design specifications. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction activities, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Implement project management best practices and methodologies, ensuring adherence to JLL standards. Lead and manage project teams, allocating tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring optimal team performance. Maintain effective communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and any deviations from the plan. Foster collaborative partnerships with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate successful project outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to fit out projects. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing fit out projects in the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of fit out processes, construction techniques, and building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and achieve project objectives. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
