About Role:We're seeking a qualified individual to provide essential support to the Director of Finance by analyzing and monitoring key business metrics and partnering with assigned businesses. This role involves interacting regularly with business unit teams, conducting business reviews, and supporting annual business planning exercises. Additionally, you'll be responsible for monitoring working capital, risk management, and supporting special corporate or business unit initiatives, including CapEx and M&A projects. You'll also serve as the lead finance partner for Corporate IS.Responsibilities:Here are the main things you will do:Support the Director of Finance in managing assigned businesses by analyzing key performance metrics and participating in business reviews. Assist in developing 3-Year Strategy Statements and Annual Operating Plans for Corporate OHs and assigned business units, and conduct regular variance analysis. Collaborate with business units to optimize the use of BI tools and dashboards for performance monitoring and business analytics. Ensure financial discipline and effective working capital management, including enforcing credit control measures. Support special corporate or business unit initiatives such as BI projects, Costing Forums, and centralizing credit control. Monitor capital expenditure and provide support for new CapEx, Greenfield projects, M&A, and restructuring initiatives. Evaluate and strengthen existing systems, workflows, procedures, policies, and controls. Monitor compliance with Group policies, DOA, Accounting Manual, and other Finance Guidelines. Track internal audit observations on Compliance and Governance and ensure timely implementation of action plans.Requirements:Here are the qualifications and skills required:Chartered Accountant. An MBA with a specialization in Finance from a reputable Business School will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in medium/large-sized FMCG businesses with multiple products and locations.
