Roles & Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential channel partners based on strategic business goals.Develop and execute strategies to expand and diversify channel networks.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners.Provide support, training, and resources to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and resources that empower channel partners to effectively sell products or services.Ensure that partners have access to up-to-date product information and marketing materials.Track and analyze channel performance metrics.Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize channel effectiveness.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for channel growth.Facilitate communication between internal teams and channel partners.Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches with partners.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with channel partners.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of partner-related challenges.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Diploma degree.Previous experience in channel management or a related field.Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.Skiles:Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
