Job DescriptionPrinciple Accountabilities Create and maintain project Cost Management Plans and program Financial Management Plans Conduct cost performance analysis using techniques such as cost benefits analysis, EVM and financial ratio calculations (IRR, NPV, payback, etc.) related to projects and programs Manage financial risks, issues opportunities, escalating where necessary. Liaise with third party equipment and suppliers on cost related enquiries. Review and analyse project budgets and monitors expenditure Identify changes to the agreed project scope and/or objectives and refers them to the sponsor. Monitor costs and reports project / program progress and recommend actions to the stakeholders as required Prepare and submit the monthly/ quarterly/ annual Financial Reports to assist in tracking Expenses and Revenues vs. Plan & Forecast and analyse fluctuations. Interna Have regular contacts with all operating units at various levels to exchange information and create awareness for risk management. Business Unit Representatives/ Program Managers Finance Department Job-Specific Skills: Strong understanding for the financial statements & ratios Strong understanding of project costs and budgeting Proactive, analytical approach Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, MS Project and SharePoint Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP (cost management) Finance Degree preferred Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Min Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting related field. Minimum Experience: Experience of tracking costs in delivery ventures or organisational book keeping Sr. E.3 – 5-7 Year of Experience. Lead E.2 – 8-10 Year of Experience.
