Job Description

Our Client:Our E-tech client are currently recruiting for a VP of Revenue, where you'll report directly to the CEO and spearhead all revenue-generating processes for our SaaS company.This role is Soley for an individual to drive revenue growth by identifying new channels and expanding our presence in existing markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate with other leaders to shape our revenue strategy and solidify our position as an industry leader.Your Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to surpass targets. Utilize your expertise in both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members.Revenue Development: Take charge of the end-to-end revenue process, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and optimize sales performance. Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals.New Business Expansion: Oversee sales planning, pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting. Develop and execute robust sales strategies to expand our market footprint. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead our go-to-market strategy, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform our approach.Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to meet revenue and profitability goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and achieve growth targets.Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the e-learning sector.Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability.Your Qualifications:10 to 15 years of experience in similar roles within the SaaS industry. Strong understanding of broadcasting, marketing, promotion, and collection standards. Proven experience in turnaround situations and identifying revenue opportunities in direct and channel sales. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key government accounts. Demonstrated success in managing a sales portfolio with substantial revenue. Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of coaching others in sales practices. Experience in emerging markets for SaaS products. Adept at building productive, long-term customer relationships. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
