Qualifications and Experience: Proven partner-Level Experience from a top-tier management consulting firm: An essential requirement, showcasing your experience and readiness to take on this strategic role. Proven track record of winning and delivering successful projects within the Middle East, demonstrating your acumen in regional dynamics. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the public sector, with a focus on ministries and government entities. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. Strong track record of successful business development and client relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to liaise effectively across teams. Followership, a demonstrated highly influential leader who has a track record of building and mentoring a high performing team. Education: Bachelor's & Master’s degree from a top global university.
