The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities:Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamManaging organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.Develop and implement sales strategiesMeeting planned sales goals.Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement themPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Prepare operational and financial sales department reportsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years' of sales leadership experience.8+ years' of experience in sales.Fluent in English language.Strong communications skills.Strong leadership skills
