News and information are available at www.atkinsrealis.com or follow us on LinkedIn.Key ResponsibilitiesSenior QS with Pre and Post contract experience in Entertainment sector specially Cinema and Fit-out.Candidate should be able to extract the quantities / measurements from Bim Models (Revit DWFX, and Cost X).Other Pre contract related activities to be carried out and managed by candidate.Also, preparation of Cost plans, communication with client to finalize the Cost Plans followed by presented to Client and get Client approval on all stage Cost plans.Preparation of tender documents, tender process, tender analysis and advising Client of tender award.Following award of tender process, IPC (Interim Payment Certificate along with validation insurances and other contract documents to be carried out.Variations and other post tender activities to be carried out and managed by candidate.Experiences And QualificationsMRICS or APC candidate who anticipate to complete chartership in specified time period.Experience in one of the following key sectors: projectsDegree in Quantity Surveying from recognised UK university.Minimum of 10 years’ experience.Minimum of 5 years’ UAE/ international experience.Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years.Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.Rewards and BenefitsWe offer an excellent package which includesA competitive salaryAccommodation allowanceTransportation allowance22 calendar days annual leaveMedical and life insurance coverCompany gratuity schemeDiscretionary bonus schemeAnnual flight allowance to point of originEqual Opportunities StatementAtkinsréalis is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our workforce.
