Job Description
- Preparing financial documents & involving all the mean signatures to Execute daily payments requests
- Generating draft invoices & involving all the mean signatures for the final submission to the financial department
- Responsible for travel missions Custody settlements
- Reviewing financial budgets & maintain expenses controlled within budgets
- Reviewing Terms of references for Services’ providers (Experts)
- Financial reporting to Engineers, middle & higher managements for revising purposes & decision making
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
- Time-management abilities
- Confidentiality
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
