· Coordinating with sales team, agents to ensure all RFQ’s are answered & ensure to achieve their target.

· Communicate to sales, agents for any new offers and/or promotions that customers can benefit from.

· Approach airline & vendors for net cost.

· Negotiate & follow the airlines policies, trucker, clearance vendors & push to for reduced costs.

· Maintain good relationship with vendors (airlines, trucking suppliers,) for proper handling.

· Up-load all quotations on system.

· Follow day to day shipments with airlines & vendors.

· Follow the payment flow to airlines & vendors in case any delays or discrepancies.

· Interfere with accounting team to facilitate any payment issues for vendors & airlines.

· Follow the files closing closely with invoicing & settle the cases showing losses or agents
