Job Description

Duties:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in operation management to join our team as an Operation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, optimizing inventory levels, handles import-related tasks such as customs clearance, documentation, and transportation arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the flow of goods, including importation, customs clearance, and inventory management.
  2. Day-to-day operations, including import/export processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
  3. Handles import-related tasks such as customs clearance, documentation, and transportation arrangements. Oversees day-to-day operations, including import/export processes, logistics, and supply chain management
  4. Monitor and evaluate key supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Manages export procedures, including order processing, documentation, and shipping logistics.
  6. Coordinates logistics, inventory management, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  7. Assist Sales team with order processing, shipping information, and product inquiries.
  8. Handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  9. Provides administrative support, including document management, customer service, and office operations.
  10. Handles payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  11. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track business performance and identify areas of concern or opportunity.
  12. Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting , operations management, or a related field.
  • work experience of 0 to 2 years.
  • Preferred based at 6th October City.   
  • Good spoken and written English 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good Microsoft Office skills 
  • highly organized and attention to details.
  • Empathy and Patience.
