Join Osisco, a leader in the flooring sector, known for our specialized solutions such as epoxy, MMA, and polyurethane screed. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive our growth in the industrial sector, targeting areas like FMCG and pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and establishing new business opportunities.
- Organizing sales visits to potential and existing clients.
- Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Conducting technical presentations to demonstrate product effectiveness.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements and providing solutions.
- Modifying products to meet specific customer needs.
- Persuading clients that our products or services best satisfy their requirements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both in writing and speaking.
- Must own a personal vehicle.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial, FMCG, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work under pressure and remain motivated.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
