Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s e-mails.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Providing service information to customers.
  • Placing customer orders in the computer system.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Updating customer information and records.
  • Escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Computer Skills: Aware of Microsoft office
  • Language Skills: From good to very good in English.
  • Working hours: Rotational (8 Hours) per day, 2 days off per week.
