Job Description

  • Perfect handling for the patient and client
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports managing databases
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • Send mail  and handling any task from manger

Work Conditions:

.

  • Working hours from Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 4:30 pm   or from 4 pm to 10 pm may be up to 11 pm  and twoFriday  per month with extra benfites 
  • Don't worry will make training for you from week to 2 weeks to be ready for work
  • prefer  liveed  in new Cairo or Zahra naser city or katamya  or  have easy transportation to new cairo 

Job Requirements

  • fresh  graduate or more maxi 30 years .
  • graduated  from faculty only
  • finished his military satiation
  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Flexibility
  • The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required
  •  good in English
  • male or female
  • Eagle person . smart hard worker. 
  • flexibility shifts  time from 10 am to 4.30 pm  and another shift from 4 pm to 10 pm may be extend up to 11 pm 
  • Working  two friday  days  per month with  extra money
