Job Description
- Develop integrated campaign strategies that incorporate ATL and BTL elements
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from concept to completion
- Collaborate with other internal and external teams to create ATL and BTL campaigns that align with client goals
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, making recommendations for campaign optimization
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in both ATL and BTL
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Seek new leads & clients to add to the company portfolio
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in BTL and ATL agencies
- Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing principles
- Fluent in English and Excellent in MS Office
- Excellent presentation, negotiating and communication skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- A creative and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
