Job Description
- Supervise and maintain the company and plant administrative records.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- To supervise internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure registration requirements are kept current at all times and file statutory returns and renewals.
- Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Responsible for all matters related to the operations and administration of the organization.
Job Requirements
