Internship Description
Qsource outsourcing is hiring “IT help desk " for an international company working on Chemicals
industry .
Job Location: Ain El Sokhna.
Responsibilities:
-Install and configure software and drivers.
-Maintain and repair technological equipment.
-Perform regular upgrades to keep system up to data.
-Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
- Plan maintenance visit to identify and fix inefficiencies.
- Receive calls and email from users to support issues.
-Receive tickets and support issues from ticketing system.

Working Hours: 9 to 5
Days off: Friday and Saturday

Internship Requirements
Requirements:
. *Suez Residents are preferred*
. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related Degree
. 6 m of experience in the same position.( fresh grads are most welcome )
. MCSA & CCNA is a Must
. Very good Command of English in both spoken and written.
