Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate support and resources and tools are provided for their teams.
  • Organizing the workplace so that the workflow is streamlined.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to employment, health and safety, and other relevant areas.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and other special projects as required.
  • Act as a link between management and staff, providing any tools or support to create a healthy atmosphere to work in.
  • Implement and maintain any tools and record-keeping for it with a documentation through information management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administration and management.
  • Formulating and preparing administrative procedures in coordination with other departments.
  • Monitoring the use and maintenance of devices, transportation, communication means, and other administrative services.
  • Carrying out car maintenance procedures and dealing with traffic authorities and related matters.
  • Preparing and equipping service buildings, taking necessary preventive and remedial measures to maintain these buildings.
  • Full responsibility for security and safeguarding the company's contents from theft, with the authority to issue instructions and decisions to enable this..
  • Coordinate reception, security, maintenance,  deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
  • • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
  • • Ensuring the factory is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress toward company goals. 
  • Plan utilization of space and resources for the factory 
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as administration manager (Manufacturing Background)
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office / SAP User
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
