Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to determine what a system needs to accomplish.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate mature and transition technologies to satisfy emerging requirements.
- Standardize processes and automate monitoring using scripting technologies.
- Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures.
- Create reports and documentation for findings and solutions.
Job Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technology or computer science.
- From 3-4 years of experience in a technical role and CCTV, ACS, PA, Intercom, Fire alarm, and Network.
- preferred has experience with Tyco products like American Dynamics, Exacq, Kantech, Software House, and Axis.
- Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Preferred skills and qualifications.
- Professional certification.
