Job Description

  • Answer new inquiries and convert them into clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service on time via email, telephone and WhatsApp.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and the other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Analyzes complaints from customers and provides adequate resolutions.
  • Prepares documents and reports for future reference.
  • Have a good knowledge of the products and services being offered.
  • Achieve sales and customer service targets.

Job Requirements

 

  • ⁠Prior experience in customer service.
  • ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Sales experience is a plus.
