Job Description
- Collaborate with the team to understand the needs and functionalities of internal marketing tools.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly user interfaces (UI) for marketing backend systems and dashboards as well as FUE website.
- Craft a seamless user experience (UX) that optimizes workflows and data analysis for marketing tasks as well as FUE website.
- Ensure UI designs visually align with the overall brand identity while prioritizing functionality for internal users.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices relevant to backend systems.
- Possess a basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) to bridge communication with developers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UI / UX Design and Development.
- BSc. in Computer Science or any related discipline.
- Solid expertise in analysis and reporting, analytical thinking abilities shown to drive insights.
- Project management experience and fanatical attention to detail.
- Effective executive communication style, as demonstrated in both written and verbal formats.
