Job Description

- Provide a full secretarial and administrative .
- Maintain the diary and arrange appointments or meetings  as necessary and receive visitors to the office.
- Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
- Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
- Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature.
- Attend and minute all board meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
- Maintain the office filing system.
- Make all travel arrangements.
- Undertake projects and research, which might require contact with external agencies..
- Review and organize internal reports received from other departments , follow up his decision and record it and perform review and analysis of special projects  and keep him properly informed.
 

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

- Female only.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same position
- Active Listening
- Fluent in English 
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Extraordinary presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
