We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Architect to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee architectural design projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop design concepts and solutions that meet project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all project phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Mentor junior architects and provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design innovation and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
