Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Officer “females only can apply”
Location: New Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company, products, and services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, with a track record of maintaining a highly presentable appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, with an eloquent and poised demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, combined with a sophisticated and polished appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a knack for maintaining professionalism in all digital communications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure and elegance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties, with a focus on maintaining a flawless presentation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and poise.
