Job Description

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and organize meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.
  • organize events and conference calendars.
  • Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Trace and follow up on the pending tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Maintain CEO office supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience of at least 4 years as a Personal assistant or executive administrative assistant.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
