Job Description
• Supervising orders in the production processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient time.
• Request All needed material for the orders.
• Manage all coworkers to develop plans that improve production, costs.
• Define problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
• manage and supervise installation and delivery for orders.
Job Requirements
- Furniture production experience is required (bedrooms and office items).
- Experience in Automatic carpentry machines.
- Auto cad drawings is required.
- Good spoken and written english communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team.
