Job Description
Apexos Group has been founded in 2019 by investing in several real estate projects and in 2021 we started our first project in the Food & Beverage industry and now we're expanding it by establishing a multi-brand factory to serve our uprising investments in that sector; specifically in the Coffee Roasting and Chocolate manufacturing segments.
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT on all office equipment
- Provide general assistance to CEO
- Recruitment and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
- Handle personnel affairs
- Monitor and analyze employees attendance
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like celebrations, trainings and conferences
Job Requirements
- Intermediate to Advanced English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Presentable and Professional attitude
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. copiers and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Holds a Bachelor degree
