Job Description

Job Purpose

The Automotive Wholesale parts Section Head will be responsible for managing wholesale accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and pricing, coordinating deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. And will also handle inventory management and contribute to sales strategies and promotions. Strive to achieve a profitable return on Company investments through selling verities of Auto parts. Accomplish targets through appropriate sales procedures. Follow up and execute the spare parts sales plan to align with the company's goals, working on in the company's development and sale of high-quality of Auto parts at competitive prices without negative impact, assess and meeting customer needs, resolving, takes orders, and checks out customers.

Essential Duties

  • Work on goals and targets for the wholesale auto parts section and strives to meet them.
  • Prepares and administers an annual budget for the wholesale parts section.
  • Ensure to have a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, and wholesale accounts.
  • Coordinate with Sales distributors & Service team to understand market demands & dynamics.
  • Identify distributors or suppliers and conducts periodic market studies to determine required (after-market) parts, preparing necessary reports.
  • Maintain a file for each distributor/supplier and prepares adequate reports on them.
  • Establishes pricing parameters in each vendor category to generate sufficient gross profit for a satisfactory overall profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Ensure that stock orders constitute a consistent percentage of all orders.
  • Analyze monthly sales, expenses, and inventory to meet profit targets.
  • Develop and implement a proactive wholesale parts program for profitability.
  • Maintain consistent high-quality service for all external customers.
  • Coordinates an efficient and timely flow of paperwork.
  • Reviews the periodic wholesale of spare parts for productivity and monitors daily reports.
  • Utilize a lost sales tracking report to reduce sales loss.
  • Directs sales parts efforts to maintain a strong customer relationship.
  • Develops, enforces, and monitors guidelines for maximum customer satisfaction during the sales process
  • Handles customer complaints promptly while following Company guidelines.
  • Complies with governmental rules and local regulations affecting parts sales.
  • Continuously updates distributor/supplier records.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in Auto Parts and wholesales is must.
  • Very Good Knowledge of automotive products, parts, and accessories.
  • Strong experience in Wholesale spare parts Management.
  • Very Good forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and (Excel is must).
