Job Description

  • Execute Talent Acquisition strategy and process to hire the very best talent
  • Develop and maintain a strong diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline for core roles within assigned business unit, and ability to help in other areas as needed.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn and all other social media platforms.
  • Review candidate profiles, screens resume, assess candidate’s information and updates candidate status in the tracking system.
  • Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
  • Design and deliver employee training programs.
  • Analyzing training needs and delivering training courses.
  • Update job descriptions and organizational structures to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage performance management systems to ensure that employees are held accountable for their performance.
  • Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Review and update periodically the HR policies and procedures to ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
  • Measuring staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Develop employer branding system.
  • Maintain employee’s engagement and retention system.
  • Contributes to the design and implementation of the internal communication process and ensure its effectiveness.

Job Requirements

* 5:8 Years experience in TA, L&D, OD & TM.
* Solid background in PMS, JP, TNA, Competencies, KPI's, Org. Chart, SOP's.
* Previous experience in FMCG "Distributions / Manufacturing / Logistics".
* Relevance with Visio, ATS, Asana.
