Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist specializing in Blue Collar positions. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The role will involve sourcing and selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Job Requirements
- +3 years of experience in hiring and recruiting Blue Collar positions preferably in ready mix concrete companies
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- Ability to source and attract qualified candidates
- Experience in coordinating and managing the recruitment process
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Work location: New Cairo, Industrial Zone
