Work closely with the planning and cost control departments.
Build and maintain pricing and estimation databases and ensure outturn costs are captured.
Identify opportunities and risks during the tender process.
Read and understand customer’s RFQs and specifications Assess risks associated with the RFQ.
Preparing tender documentation, including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
Revises the offers to accommodate client’s comments whenever required Read and understand

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Arch Engineering.
3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Very Good user of engineering software (2D and 3D ACAD, REVIT)
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, Strong multitasking abilities and strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills, Project management skills, and tender preparation skills.
