Job Description
- Design and customize tailored microfinance products & services, aligned with market requirements through peer analysis and best practices.
Assist in establishing, maintaining and expanding customer database. - Assist in increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Gathering information of competitors and their activities.
- Enforcing the brand awareness in the responsible territory.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in banking / Microfinance business development.
- Very good command in English Language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Preferably experience in Microfinance.
