They pride themselves on creating immersive and captivating experiences that showcase the beauty and diversity and culture of local artists.Role OverviewThey are seeking a talented Project Manager with backgrounds in Architecture or Interior Design to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting up and organizing exhibitions and events in various locations across KSA. They will play a crucial role in designing the layout of the exhibitions/events, considering logistics, crowd flow, exit and entry points, WC facilities, and the overall design aesthetic.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed floorplans and layouts for exhibitions/events, ensuring optimal use of space and a seamless flow for visitors.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the exhibitions/events are executed according to plan.Manage the request for proposal (RFP) process for contractors, reviewing proposals and selecting vendors that best meet the project requirements.Oversee the implementation of the exhibition/event design, ensuring all elements are executed to the highest standards.Monitor and control project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for future events.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in exhibition/event management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry.Strong understanding of design principles and spatial planning.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.Location:The role can be based in either Jeddah or Riyadh, with the possibility of travel to other locations within KSA as required.
