Job Summary:The Construction Engineer specializing in Coffee Branch Design is responsible for leading the design, planning, and construction of new coffee branch locations for the company. They ensure that each branch reflects the brand identity, meets operational needs, and provides an inviting environment for customers.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to develop design concepts that align with brand standards and customer preferences.Create architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications for new coffee branch locations.Incorporate elements such as layout, interior design, signage, and branding to enhance the customer experience.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for branch construction projects.Coordinate with internal teams, architects, designers, and contractors to execute the design vision.Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.Ensure that branch designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and health and safety standards.Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities for construction activities.Collaborate with legal and regulatory experts to navigate any compliance challenges or requirements.Source and select vendors, suppliers, and contractors for construction materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to support branch construction needs.Implement quality control measures to ensure that branch construction meets design specifications and brand standards.Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the construction process.Work closely with brand managers and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all coffee branch locations.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in architectural design and construction project management, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand identity into physical space.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
