You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning VMware solutions to address those needs effectively.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.Understand client goals, challenges, and requirements, and proactively identify opportunities for VMware solutions.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of VMware products and services.Sales and Revenue Generation:Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Collaborate with internal sales teams and technical specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.Account Planning and Forecasting:Conduct thorough account analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Develop and maintain accurate account plans, including revenue forecasts and sales pipeline management.Regularly review account performance against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations.Customer Advocacy:Act as the voice of the customer within VMware by Broadcom, advocating for client needs and priorities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement initiatives.Market and Competitor Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities related to virtualization and cloud technologies.Use market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning of VMware solutions.What we expect from you:Fluent in Arabic and EnglishTrack record of sales success working with commercial, small & medium and/or enterprise organizationsExperience with vendors associated with virtualization technology, cloud and SaaS is a plusTrack record of accomplishment selling to the IT infrastructure specialistsProven ability to develop new sales with end-usersBe a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly – highly coachable and open to learningBe comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quicklyBe comfortable travelling for at least 50% of the time Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the software or IT industry.Strong understanding of virtualization, cloud computing, and related technologies (experience with VMware products is a plus).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a leading technology company.This job description outlines the key responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits associated with the role of Account Manager for VMware by Broadcom.Broadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
