This role is crucial in implementing and refining our quality management systems to align with ISO 9001 standards and the EFQM framework, enhancing our ability to deliver superior products and services to our customers.Role Description: The Operational Excellence Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing quality management strategies that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with international standards and industry best practices. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:•Develop, deploy, and manage company-wide policies and procedures in accordance with Barn’s Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 standard, EFQM framework, and industry best practices.•Lead quality improvement projects that integrate continuous improvement practices into daily operations.•Analyze current organizational practices to identify areas for quality enhancement and process optimization.•Drive the implementation of quality standards and operational excellence initiatives across all departments.•Facilitate and conduct training on quality management and continuous improvement methodologies.•Collaborate with various departments to ensure that operational practices align with strategic quality objectives.•Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on quality improvements and operational efficiency.•Mentor and guide teams in the adoption of quality management principles and best practices.•Regularly review and audit the effectiveness of quality management systems and lead corrective actions as necessary.Minimum Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.•At least 5 years of professional experience in operational excellence or quality management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.•Certification in Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or equivalent quality management methodologies.•Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001, EFQM, or similar management system frameworks.•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with all levels of the organization.•Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Skills:•Process Improvement & Optimization•Quality Management Systems•Strategic Planning and Execution•Training and Development•Performance Management
