Headquartered in Hong Kong, CMI has expanded our footprint in 20 countries across different regions.Our sales office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a driven and versatile Solution Consultant who will focus on technical support with the following job description:【Main Responsibilities】1. Support daily projects, including end-to-end work such as customer communication, requirement investigation, supplier collaboration, solution preparation, quotation, and delivery.2. Responsible for establishing solution system for key industries such as government sector, finance, energy, ports, manufacturing, OTT etc., outputting typical solution and case samples database for segmented industries, and promoting the replication of product solutions.3. Responsible for connecting with headquarters and region office to sort out key industry solutions of the Company, including but not limited to 5G and industry applications, Internet of Things, cloud networks, etc., and promoting the realization and replication of mature products and solutions within the CMI in Saudi Arabia.4. Responsible for supplier ecosystem and establishing stable cooperative relationships with major partners in the region.5. Coordinate and promote the optimization of internal ICT business processes.【Key Requirements】1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, electronic information, computer science, software engineering, or related majors.2. Work experience: 5 years or more of work experience in the telecommunications or IT-related industries.3. Professional skills: Familiar with general ICT industry solutions, proficient in one or more of the following: data communication, data centre, cloud, cyber security, wireless network, etc. Experience with government or large enterprise projects is preferred. Certification from Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Feiteng, mainstream public cloud, etc., is preferred.4. Comprehensive abilities and qualities: Hardworking and self-motivated, strong communication and time management skills, able to work under pressure.5. Language proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
