Job Description

Job Duties:
- Omni-channel Contact center technology deployments (Genesys Cloud CCaaS)
- AI Voice & Digital BOTs setup
- Offer comprehensive maintenance and technical support
- Conduct thorough investigations into voice and data quality issues on the network, identifying and resolving potential concerns
- Provide On-Site and Online Support of integrated solutions including CCaaS, network, digital and telephony technologies
- Collaborate on technical documentation pertaining to projects, including Scope of Work (SoW), Design documents, As-Built records, and other relevant materials
- Creation of solutions to business needs and participation in documenting customer requirements
- Engage with Genesys support by opening cases, Escalating cases and gathering logs
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive reporting on all implemented tasks

- Presentation and demonstration of systems and solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, communication engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent level in English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical skills (SQL, Windows, Network, VOIP)
- Solid Knowledge of Networking and VoIP technology (SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT).
- Ability to understand and analyze business needs and find solutions
- Ability to learn new technologies
- External and Internal communication skills
- Pre-sales technical support and presentation skills
