Job PurposeThe job holder is responsible for overseeing the Awareness function including Communication Research and Analysis and Awareness Management to promote awareness of ZATCA and its services, participation, and engagement. JOB DESCR Roles And Responsibilities Key Accountability Areas Key Activities Strategy and Planning Contribute to the design and implementation of Awareness strategic plan, objectives, and goals ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy Set Awareness operational plans and direct implementation securing achievement of identified objectives Develop Awareness performance objectives and indicators and continuously monitor progress towards realization of objectives Budget Management Participate in Awareness budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process Ensure effective utilization of Awareness budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Awareness and mitigate financial and operational risks Planning Keep abreast the latest trends and best practices locally and globally in communication strategy, customer segments and behaviours to enhance ZATCA’s communications tools, strategies and performance Provide strategic input during the development of communication strategy, initiatives, and KPIs ensuring alignment with ZATCA overall strategy, objectives, best practices and internal needs Review and provide input on annual plans related to advertisement and marketing campaign activities, approve launching and monitor implementation Provide strategic input during the development of marketing strategy, approach, initiatives, policies and processes ensuring alignment with ZATCA’s overarching strategy and objectives based on best practices and internal needs Provide strategic input during the development of awareness strategy and directions ensuring alignment with ZATCA overall strategy, latest trends and best practices Facilitate acquiring of certifications and prestigious awards Implementation Ensure support is provided to decision-makers in new approaches, campaigns’ launching, and regulations Ensure that awareness briefs and internal and external messages are in line with the awareness strategy and enhance recognition of ZATCA’s mission and purpose Ensure timely and effective resolution of identified discrepancies, media crises and risks Present to the Governor findings of personalities’ analysis reports about the attendees of the Governor’s receptions, ceremonies, and visits Performance Management Monitor performance and effectiveness of communication strategy, communication and marketing campaigns, events, workshops, and awareness messages and ensure corrective and improvement actions are implemented in a timely manner People Management Inspire the team and provide guidance, delegation and mentorship in order to create a performance-driven culture Ensure availability and qualification of team through recruitment, training, development, and performance management Take actions to enhance employee engagement and motivation Provide clear top-down communication to employees and bottom-up feedback to senior management COMMUNICATIONS AND KEY TOUCH POINTS Internal Stakeholders External Stakeholders All ZATCA Functions Certifications and Prestigious Awards Entities Events Organizers Creative Agencies Media Partners Job Qualifications And Requirements Knowledge and Experience An optimal of 10 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 5 years of experience in managerial level Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent is required Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
