Job Description
Geek Labs is a quickly expanding holding company. Right now, we are looking for experienced sales representatives to join our team. You will be working for one of our US-based SaaS subsidiaries.
Please note, THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER JOB and we are NOT A RECRUITMENT AGENCY. This position is onsite at the company's office in Maadi Degla and English fluency is required.
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 + bonuses based on KPIs

Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Report sales results to manager on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Job Requirements
- FLUENT SPOKEN ENGLISH (C1 - C2)
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Experience with CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role
