Job Description
- Liaises with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Determines selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions (White & Blue Collars)
- Sources potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
- Manages hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Evaluates applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments.
- Complies with interview questions and conducts in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Prepares hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
- Documents processes and fosters good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Develops hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeps informed of advancements in the field.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- HR studies holders are Preferable.
- 3: 5 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent English speaker.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PP, Visio ...).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experienced dealing with casual labors.
- Experienced hiring both Blue & White Collars.
