Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Management Team and provide support as necessary.
- Manage and leads the subordinates reporting to him/her to achieve targets and objectives set by the Company.
- Set targets and objectives to subordinates and monitor and evaluate the respective levels of performance.
- Handle and delegate administrative tasks required by this post
- Induction training of new staff on sales & customer service.
- Generate weekly sales reports / short shipments and delivery performance & track metrics.
- Dispute freight and quantity discrepancy debit notes with customers
- Support finance with various tasks such as system & price updates for all products
- Issuing credit notes in connection with all customer returns.
- Make sure that all shipments leave on time.
- Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
- Work within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
- Arrange with materials management principal flew of materials, monitor and report the missing materials will affect the sales target
- Make sure to achieve the annual Co. strategy and report to high management level
- Customer service and sales team annual assessment
- Ensure customer requirement are met by providing required correct logistic information in time
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Customer Services preferred in Manufacturing with 2 years of experience in same role.
- Excellent fluency in English spoken and written is a must
- Preferred but not essential – Italian, French, German
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills
- Qualified in professional use of micro soft tools
- Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
- Ability to be flexible and multitasking.
- Methodical approach, enthusiastic with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
- Goal Oriented Self Starter.
- Experience with MRP systems
