Job Description
- Managing the payroll process and calculating the monthly payroll , Incentives and all transactions to be reflected in monthly payroll sheet.
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy of payroll information through review, audit, and analysis of employee time sheets, payroll records and reports.
- Supervise and ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations regarding taxes and other deductions.
- Reviewing the employees' Monthly Attendance, Deducting the absenteeism, late, early leave and penalties from their salaries.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to HR Manager and analyze employee data regularly.
- Responding to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees complaints
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in payroll management or a similar accounting role
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Solid Experience in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent understanding of financial principles and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Excellent Communication and organization skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities
